Who we are
AAA Solicitors is a UK law firm specialising exclusively in clinical negligence. We act for patients harmed by NHS and private medical care, and for bereaved families pursuing claims following a death caused by negligent treatment. Every case is handled by qualified solicitors regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority.
What we do
We take instructions, secure medical records, instruct independent medical experts, run pre-action correspondence under the Pre-Action Protocol for the Resolution of Clinical Disputes, negotiate settlement with NHS Resolution and defendant insurers, and litigate where necessary. We act on a Conditional Fee Agreement (no win no fee) in the great majority of cases — you pay nothing if the claim does not succeed.
