Privacy

What we collect, what we don't, and why

The short version: nothing personal, nothing identifying, nothing shared. The longer version is below.

Personal data we collect

None. We do not run contact forms, sign-up forms, account systems, callback requests, or any feature that asks for your name, email, telephone number or postal address. The eligibility checker stores your answers only in your own browser — no answers are ever transmitted to us.

Cookies

We set a single small cookie (technically a localStorage entry) to remember whether you have dismissed the cookie notice. We do not run advertising cookies, tracking pixels, fingerprinting scripts, or third-party analytics that profile individual readers.

Server logs

Like every website on the public internet, our hosting provider records standard request logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp) for the short-term purposes of security, fraud prevention and operational diagnostics. These logs are retained only as long as necessary and are not used to build profiles of individuals.

Third-party services

We embed Google Fonts to deliver our typefaces. When your browser fetches a font, Google may receive your IP address as part of that request — this is a standard property of web fonts, not a tracking integration. We do not embed third-party analytics, social-media trackers, advertising networks, chat widgets or session-recording tools.

Your UK GDPR rights

Because we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing to access, correct, export or delete. If you believe otherwise, please contact us via our About page and we will investigate. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
